SPANISH Industrial Designs protect aesthetic creations:
- These are understood to be all objects which can serve as a prototype for the manufacturing of a product and which can be described by its structure, configuration or representation.
- Or can be understood by the arrangement or combination of lines and/or colours, which are applicable to the decoration of a product, using any material means for their reproduction.
In short, it protects the designs of two-dimensional and three-dimensional objects.
COMMUNITY Just as with the Community Trademarks, there is protection for Industrial Design which is valid for the entire European Community (27 countries).
