Our goal is to provide complete services in Industrial Property, as well as in other similar matters such as Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition and Advertising.

Our services begin with the application, administrative procedures and by obtaining all types of Industrial Property rights; distinctive signs (trademarks and trade names) and inventions (patents, utility models, industrial designs) or can be initiated by doing simple research on their registrability or use.

Once the mark has been granted, we defend it against possible copies or imitations by third parties and we look after our clients’ rights when they are attacked or when third parties accuse them of infringing upon rights or committing acts of unfair competition.

Our activities are carried out both before governmental bodies and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the equivalent Registry Offices and institutions in other countries around the world such as the European Patents Office, Community Trade Mark Office (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM)), or the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as before the Courts of Law.

We write up reports on the State of the Art for any industrial activity, comparative technical reports, legal reports, etc. and we also deal with all types of contracts which are based on Industrial and/or Intellectual Property rights.

Our activities are carried out both in Spain and in any other country in the world.
